Our career readiness course allows students to explore their dreams, research careers, uncover personal challenges, identify their strengths and values, create a career plan utilizing S.M.A.R.T. goals to prepare them for today’s workforce.

In the Entrepreneur Essentials course students learn the basic concepts of entrepreneurship and economics, learning the process of becoming an entrepreneur and what knowledge, skills and experiences are required to make their ideas a reality and to become successful entrepreneurs.

Self-Advocacy is an art that not everyone has mastered. Speaking up for oneself, making healthy decisions and finding out one’s own needs are skills that are necessary to navigate in today’s society, so simply, self-advocacy is the ability to speak up for oneself and one’s interests.

The Empowered To Win Student Success College & Career Summit is an innovative personal and professional development experience for students to prepare them to be college and career ready in the 21st Century.

We believe that there is an authentic and emerging leader in all students.  Our leadership development course is designed to teach students what is leadership, what are the behaviors and characteristics of a leader, understanding the role of a student leader and what leadership looks like beyond the classroom.

The parenting essentials course is to equip parents with the information, tools and resources to ensure their children grow up in an aspirational, stable, nurturing and safe home.
